Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I contact Isira before placing an order?

We recommend contacting us 2–5 months before your required delivery date. This allows time for initial consultation, patternmaking, sampling, approval rounds, and production scheduling. For urgent projects, contact us directly and we’ll advise on what’s feasible within your timeline.

What information do I need to provide to get started?

To begin, we need: a description or visual of the garment (sketch, tech pack, technical drawing, or physical sample), preliminary fabric information (fiber type and weight — exact composition isn’t required at this stage), approximate quantities and size breakdown, and your target delivery date. The more detail you provide, the more accurate our initial assessment will be.

What is the minimum order quantity at Isira?

The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per model. Within that minimum, you can specify up to 6 different sizes and up to 2 different colours per model. This makes Isira suitable for emerging brands launching small collections and established brands testing new styles.

How long does full production take?

Full production at Isira typically takes 6–8 weeks from the point when samples are approved and fabric is received. Total project timeline including patternmaking and sampling is typically 3–5 months from first contact to finished goods.

Do you deliver outside the EU?

Yes. We ship worldwide using reliable logistics partners including DHL, UPS, Fedex. Delivery costs and timelines depend on destination and shipment size.

Can I sign a confidentiality agreement with Isira?

Yes. We can sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) to protect your designs, brand identity, and any commercially sensitive information. All Isira employees have also signed individual data protection agreements, so confidentiality is maintained at every level of our organisation.

Does Isira supply fabrics or accessories?

Isira operates as a CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) manufacturer. This means you supply the fabrics and accessories — we provide the cutting, making, and trimming expertise. We do not source or supply materials directly, but we can connect you with trusted European fabric suppliers if needed.

What is Isira’s monthly production capacity?

Our production capacity is up to 1,200 – 2,000 garment pieces per month. For larger orders or specific capacity questions, contact us directly to discuss scheduling and availability.
