Booking Your Order

Once your order is booked, we begin the 2–5 month preparation process. This includes receiving the fabrics you provide, creating patterns, and producing samples – all to ensure a seamless transition into production.

Patternmaking & grading

We can work with your patterns or create them from scratch. After sample approval, we grade patterns to your desired size range, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all variations.

Digital Patterns

Sample production

With patterns ready, we produce samples within 2–4 weeks. Our goal is to get it right the first time, minimizing revisions and keeping the process efficient.

Final production

Once samples are approved and fabrics are in hand, we move into full production. This final stage takes 6–8 weeks, ensuring your order is completed with care and precision.

Do you deliver outside EU?

Yes, we deliver outside the EU using reliable logistics companies. We work with various shipping providers like DHL to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

What is a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per model, with 3-6 different sizes and a maximum of 2 different colors for one model.

Can I sign a confidentiality agreement with Isira?

Yes, we can sign a confidentiality agreement to protect your clothing ideas or brand name. Additionally, all our employees have signed data protection agreements to ensure your information is secure.

How long do I have to wait until final product?

The production time is typically 6-8 weeks. We recommend contacting us and booking your order 2–5 months in advance, allowing enough time for preparation,

What information do I have to provide?

To get started, we’ll need key details about your project. This usually includes technical documents, photos, sketches, or an existing sample of the garment. If applicable, providing a measurement table is also helpful. Additionally, we’ll need preliminary fabric information – just a general idea, like whether you’re considering silk, cotton, or polyester (specific fabric composition isn’t required at this stage). Sharing this information allows us to align with your vision and ensure a smooth process from the very beginning.

What sewing equipment do you use?

We use modern sewing equipment from trusted brands such as Juki, Yamato, Durkopp, iEcho, and Naomoto to ensure high-quality results.

Do you supply fabrics/accessories?

Isira offers CMT (cut-make-trim) services. While we don’t supply fabrics or accessories directly, we collaborate with trusted fabric suppliers and can connect you with reliable partners. When possible, we prioritize supporting local Lithuanian manufacturers for accessories like buttons, zippers, linings, and more, ensuring the best quality and sourcing options.
