Collection development at Isira covers the full production pipeline under one roof — patternmaking, grading, sample production, quality control, and full production runs. You can use all services together or select only what you need. We adapt to your workflow rather than requiring you to adapt to ours.
The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per model. Within that minimum you can specify up to 6 different sizes and up to 2 different colours per model. This makes full collection production viable for emerging brands as well as established labels testing new styles.
No. We can work from sketches, mood images, reference garments, or detailed written descriptions. A finished tech pack is not required to begin. We discuss the design in detail at the start of the project to ensure we understand your intent before patternmaking begins.
Isira operates as a CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) manufacturer — you supply the fabrics and accessories, we provide the manufacturing expertise. We do not source or supply materials directly. If you need fabric sourcing guidance, we can connect you with trusted European suppliers.
There is no limit on the number of styles per collection. Each style is treated as a separate model with its own MOQ of 50 pieces. We discuss the full collection scope at the start to plan patternmaking, sampling, and production scheduling efficiently.
We specialise in complex constructions and delicate fabrics — structured silhouettes, tailored pieces, bias-cut designs, garments with intricate internal architecture, and styles requiring careful handling of silk, organza, and technical synthetics. Collections manufactured by Isira have been showcased at Paris, New York, and London Fashion Weeks.
A typical full collection development timeline is 3–5 months from first contact to finished goods. This includes initial consultation, patternmaking, sampling rounds, production scheduling, and production. Timeline varies based on the number of styles, construction complexity, and how quickly samples are approved.
