Frequently asked questions

How does Isira’s quality control process work?

Quality checks are conducted at every stage of production — not just at the end. We inspect garments during cutting, assembly, and finishing, and conduct a final pre-shipment inspection before any order leaves our facility. This catches issues early, before they’re repeated across the full production run.

What does the pre-shipment inspection include?

The pre-shipment inspection verifies that every finished garment matches the approved sample standard — construction consistency, seam quality, finishing details, measurements, and any specific quality criteria agreed at the pre-production stage.

What happens if a quality issue is found during production?

If a quality issue is identified during production, we stop, assess, and resolve it before continuing. We notify you of any significant issues and agree on the corrective approach. Our priority is catching problems early when they’re still fixable, not at the end when options are limited.

Does Isira conduct 100% inspection or sampling-based inspection?

We conduct 100% quality inspection — every garment is checked, not a statistical sample. This is particularly important for luxury and premium production where consistency across the full order is critical.

Can clients visit the factory during production for quality oversight?

es. Clients are welcome to visit our facility in Kaunas, Lithuania during production. We’re accessible by direct flight from most major European fashion cities. Factory visits can be arranged in advance — contact us to schedule.

How does Isira handle client feedback on quality?

We actively seek feedback from clients after each order and use it to continuously improve our processes. If you have concerns about a delivered order, contact us directly — we take quality issues seriously and work to resolve them promptly.
